Dr Piazza is truly committed to excellence in everything he does. I knew I was in great hands right from the very beginning. His calm demeanor, kind smile and impressive bedside manners put my mind at ease knowing that he really cares. In fact, the entire staff is committed to excellence from the beginning to the end! The relationship they build is based on trust and I can honestly say that I completely trust Dr Piazza and his staff!
Piazza is building a new practice on the outskirts of Austin.
His office is chaotic and communication between this very young and inexperienced physician and his office staff is horrible. They ignored me for over a week as I waited for them to get back to me about urgently-needed reconstructive surgery.
This guy may be good at body building (Google his name), but there are many more experienced and much more patient-responsive plastic surgeons in the Austin area.
Find one. Run from this one.
Um, I went to Lake Travis High with Dr. Piazza and he is wonderful! Strongly disagree! He was compassionate and very caring along with the best young plastic surgeon I have ever been able to work with!
Pick an experienced plastic surgeon. Not this new one fresh from Grand Rapids, Michigan.
