PURE Creekside at Onion Creek

People do NOT rent apartment in this place! Water bill the first month we came here was $180! They claimed we spend small apartment two adults over 10.000 gallons in one month!! Gas bill is $70 and all we have is a water heater! We keep calling office to fix the problems and they threatening us to charge more fees and evict us because we don't want to pay what they charging us. They says that we are in default of lease when they are in default of lease! They don't provide us what they claiming they will and threatening us when we complaining! One of the reasons that we decided to came here and react here because they advertise that they re so energy efficient. They claim they are gated community the gates are broken so far 3 weeks, and are wide open, before that the gates was broken every other day, even one can come and goes as they please. No parking as non of the residents has assigned parking, every resident has visitors who taken three four parking spaces.

Moved from out of state, higher cost of living in Austin. Complex has many amenities which reflects on the rental cost but worth it. Office Staff attempts to help you, one repair took 2 weeks, would not allow them entrance into apartment without me, have dog. Apartment very nice, grounds well kept, parking available, no noisy neighbors. Easy access to stores and Hwy 35. Do not hear highway from my apartment. It appears to be more adults without children as renters. Pet friendly. So far love it.
