Hola a todos. Yo recomiendo que no escojan estos abogados porque yo tuve una mala experiencia con ellos. Ellos me dijeron que tenia que chequer mi recor con el fbi y pague $350 dollars y hasta ahora no tengo respuesra. Tengo 2 años esperando y ellos dicen que migracion no responde y que siguanos esperando. Ellos solo me robaron el dinero. Piensen dos veces antes de contratarlo!!!!!.Hi all. I recommend not choosing these lawyers because I had a bad experience with them. They told me I had to check my recor with the fbi and pay $ 350 dollars and so far there have answer . I had have waiting foryears and they say that migration does not respond and we have continue waiting. They just stole my money. Think twice before hiring !!!!!

Siempre intentamos dar lo mejor servicio, y obviamente no lo hicimos contigo. Despues de revisar lo que paso invite Adrian a la oficina para pedir perdon cara a cara, y tomamos accion para resolver su queja. No puedo mencionar mas porque es privelegido la comunicacion. Aunque este no fue nuestro mejor momento de servicio a cliente, vamos a aprender de este error en lento comunicacion y tomar pasos para hacerlo excelente en el futuro. First, thanks Adrian for having trusted us to help you with this matter. Second, allow me to apologize for apparently not giving you very quality customer service and for not communicating better. Our clients deserve prompt and clear communication from their attorneys, and it is apparent you did not receive our best effort. After having reviewed what happened inthis case, I invited Adrian back in to the office to apologize in person, and to discuss how to make it right, which we did with his approval. I can’t mention the specifics of those conversations as they are privileged communication between client and attorney. Even though this wasn’t our best moment of customer service, we are going to learn from this mistake in slow communication and take steps to give excellent service the next time.
