Swedish Massage
This is what people frequently envision when they think of massage. Swedish massage consists of gentle kneading, slow stretches, and long, gliding strokes.

Full Body Massage
Your session will be designed specifically for you. A full body massage typically includes your arms, hands, back, neck, shoulders, face, legs and feet. You will not be touched on or near your genitals (male or female) or breasts (female). A light lubricant is used to eliminate excess friction but not so much as to make you feel greasy or stain your clothes.

After working for years in the home health care and medical diagnostic fields, I felt it was a time for a change. I wanted to do something different, while still helping people to feel better. So in 1996 I went to the Austin School of Massage Therapy for my initial training and then studied the advanced training at The Lauterstein Conway Massage School and Clinic. Since then I have taken continuing education in Manual Lymphatic Drainage/ Complete Decongestive Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy and Positional Release.
Neuromuscular Therapy
Tendinitis can strike anywhere but tennis elbow, golfers elbow, patellar tendinitis(knee) and rotator cuff (shoulder) tendinitis are some common forms. Swelling and tightness are usually a problem here, as well as pain during certain movements.
