Where should I start on this apartment complex… First off, management is horrible and the management company is worse! They never respond to anything and they claim they never get emails that you send. Everything is fine until you move in… then they want nothing to do with you! When we moved in, the apartment wasn’t even ready. The bathtub was pure black and the maintenance told me that the manager didn’t want to pay the money to resurface it. It took them 2 months to repair anything in the apartment. In addition to this, the maintenance guys left our door unlocked, left nails for the dog to eat and the AC didn’t work the whole time we were there. There is never any parking here because they let anyone park here and the gates were always breaking. In addition to this, because they were too cheap to replace a broken appliance, they put another dishwasher with roaches in our unit and gave our unit Roaches. This place is by far the worst “quality” that I have ever had. The price was good but you get what you pay for with management. The management staff is uneducated and very rude. I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here if you value quality living.

Please stay away from this apartment. These people here will rip you off. We lived there for three months. After paying them all the fees to move out, they start charging us for all the replacement in the apartment. How the hell are you charging someone for pet peices when we dont have pet. We told them several times about this and the cleaning crew are careless. If you thinking moving in here, please think again.
