        Tried CRYO Therapy for the 1st time at CRYO BODY WORKS and I'm hooked! I live a very active lifestyle in my 40's and aboslutley agree with every benefit cryo therapy has to offer. I no longer have to suffer through frequent ice baths which is 15 mins of pure pain! Caulen was very knowledgable and made my 1st experience a very pleasant one.
