OMG. This was the worst experience ever. The management is horrible. When I arrived I first went to use the restroom and wash my hands. In 3 stales there was no toilet paper. Both napkins dispensers were empty as well. I got three plates and ate nothing on the plates. It was all nasty. They only thing I ate was the soup. When I went to tell the manager she went crazy. And just said call the police. I told her I had no problem paying for my food but as a customer I have the right to address my concerns. She told me to leave and she was calling the police. I left to go outside and wait on the police and this lady followed me, hit my husband and just seemed very threatening. Long story short even though she NEVER showed me my ticket, wouldn't let me pay, told me to leave, called the police on me. I was the one who ended up in hand cuffs and given a ticket for stealing. Very pitiful, I will be fighting this ticket.... oh and to top it all off I ended up in the emergency room with food poisoning. I started throwing up while I was there. But it never stopped over time and the painful cramping kicked in for both my husband and I. China harbor on Wm. Cannon in Austin Texas gets a big "0" (zero) stars for me. Save yourself a trip to the ER, court, pain,torture, embarrassment, and suffering.

I went there for lunch today and the food was horrible and when the waitress asked me how it was, I voiced just that. The chicken was chewy ans had a soggy coating. I was asked to explain that to the manager and when I did so, I for an earful. I was told "fuk u" and then I was told that I better pay $3.00 for the food I didn't eat. When I expressed that I only had two bites of chicken and was very unhappy with it. The manager then told me that I could never come back and I better pay $3.00 for the food I didn't eat, bc it was wasted ans that was my fault. I again said that I was not happy with it and only took two bites. I was told "FU" again, and so I left the building. I was fallowed outside and told I was "trash and fu trash" as the manger took my plate number down. Gotta love customer survice from this place.. It was just as bad as the food

The restaurant is bad...the food is disgusting their service is horrible do not take your money their...not worth it

I ordered menu togo from China harbor instead of eating there. It was the first time that I did it and I was impressed. I ordered combination fried rice, broccoli beef, chicken wings, wanton soup and it was soooooo good. I don't usually write reviews but I just can't help it!

The price is worth it, great food.tons of seafood, love the crawfish. My boyfriend and I were craving for some Chinese and it was definitely worth it! I went there on Sunday, and they had live music and everything My first time here and coming back for some more!

This was the first time that i went to china harbor, and there's alot of selection including 8 types of ice cream, bunch of hot and cold dishes. A big salad and barbq house and great sushi bar. I loves sushi so going to china harbor was definitely the best idea ever. My brother, his girlfriend and I went there pretty late because we just got back from san marcos, anyways. When we got there, there were barely any more sushi left, we were a little dissapointed. We told the manager and she made 2 plate full of sushi and we were so happy. Definitely going back!

china harbor is great! The food is good and the price is def. worth it!There is so many choices, i think everytime when i go there. i would like gain 50 pounds.haa i stuff myself and feast upon all the delicious food! It is a BIG BUFFETFood is fresh and love the desert. My little brother also had alot of choices for the kids so they were happy. My family was happy, it was great. It should be named the best buffet in town!

china harbor it's freaking amazing!! so many good food i mean compare to all other buffet, this restaurant got what it takes.The foods is so delicious. and to all the people who writes all the negative comments like seriously ya probably got some weird taste bud or something and plus china harbor now its in a new management so i think PEOPLE should give it a try. The crabs,shrimp and the spice, is just so tastyy!I would totoally go there again!! best food ever!!!!!!1

I went to this place at the urging of my mother who assured me that it was great. I have NEVER been more disappointed with my meal or the way I was treated. The food was terrible. I could only stomach the lo mein and let's face it if you can't do lo mein you should close down. I went to pay the $34+ bill (for 2 adults and one 8 yr old child) and complained. I asked if they could remove my buffet from the ticket or charge me a lesser price because I was disappointed in the food and didn't really eat. The terrified looking cashier called the manager Helen over and I then understood why. The woman was nasty and overbearing. She told me that their restaurant was famous - they have people lined up on the weekends to eat there, how could I say her food wasn't good...I explained that I wasn't trying to insult her and that I felt that since I didn't eat I shouldn't have to pay for my buffet. She again challenged me and got angry. She took 5.99 off - they are lucky I paid at all.

China Harbor seems to packed everytime I pass by. I wanted chinese food one day and decided to give it a try. It was the worst food I have ever tasted. The sesame chicken and general chicken (which are my favorite) were too bready, no flavor. The cheesestick, fruit, and fortune cookie I had were gross, and icecream area, well, a little non-hygienic. I told the cashier I did not enjoy the food at all, and she just smiled and shook her head yes. I really wish I would have just left without paying because it was not worth the money. I do not recommend this restaurant!!!
