The sales reps were all friendly and nice. We even got to test drive so that was a huge plus. There were deals being offered and we liked them!

I just bought a new Tundra from Charles Maund and it was a terrible , frustrating, 4 weeks of nothing but hassles over the verbal commitments to me. It is a very long story but the short version is I did not get the truck with options I wanted. They knew this and offered me a new truck to be delivered in 7 days. After almost a month of excuses of not getting my new truck and the truck I bought sitting in my garage for a month for fear something might happen to it. They offered my money back I said ok but I wanted something for the frustrations and stress they put me through or get me my new truck as promised by Thursday of next week. After I heard this i filled out the lengthy questionier they send you telling the absolute truth on the good and the bad. When they read that they sent me an e-mail that all verbal contracts made over the last 4 weeks were off the table and I could get legal counsel to call their lawyers. They firmly knew that my legal fees would far exceed any compensation I might want. They never asked me want i desired or offered as much as a gift certificate. Just sent me packing with a truck that I did not want. I should never have paid for the truck but thought their word was good when they offered me a new truck with the options I wanted at their expense.
