Best Buy

I bought a Sony CD changer control from Best Buy Research Blvd for installation at this branch and was told they were wide open for installations. I drove down and found both bays empty, two "technicians" standing talking to each other. I had parked in front of one of the empty bays. When I got out of my car they looked up and made no attempt to have any communication. I walked in to speak to them. The one tech waited till I got to them, then let me know that I wasnot permitted to enter the workshop and that I could not park my vehicle in front of the entry. I replied that was the person who had just bought from Research branch and that I assumed that they would want to start. He then told me that there were three vehicles ahead of me and that I would have to leave the vehicle for about three hours. Please get him some help with customer interaction. I returned the product and will never deal with Best Buy again. And thanks, I saved $50 by buying the same item online and installation was cheaper from a local installer. One word for the dude with attitude, A--hole
