I'd give this place a NO STARS if possible. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! I purchased a vehicle in January that was in service for numerous issues until May when the previous GM agreed to replace that vehicle with a newer vehicle. I've had the new vehicle for a month, took it into another dealership for service only to be told that the ENGINE needs replacement on a "certified pre-owned" 17 Suburban! Autonation either missed this during their "inspection", they knew about the issue and LIED about it, or they never even performed the inspection to begin with. When these issues were brought to the attention of the GM, Kevin Hupp, he got an attitude with us instantly. We told him we clearly weren't getting anywhere with him considering his attitude and that we needed his bosses information. He told us that he had an attitude because he didn't like us and that he would not be giving us his bosses information.

Daniel Spicer answered the phone when I called to see if the 2010 Enclave was still available. He was prompt, NOT PUSHY, knew the answers to my questions and very nice. That's what made me ask for him when we showed up an hour later. He was polite to my wife and good with our new born daughter. I will definitely buy from Daniel and AutoNation West in Austin again!

His manager Jason Fox was also great to work with and he even suggested we leave the car overnight and have their guys repair a recall the Enclave needed to have done. He was Not PUSHY like so many other people at other dealerships. These two are class acts in their industry! By far the best experience or ever had in buying a car, new or used.

I bought my used Camaro through this dealer, it was 5 1/2 hours from my home, they waited until I got there to tell things they needed with our names on them (like bills) to put in our file for the creditor... Plus since then I have been unable to talk to the sales man who sold me the car, ok i took in to consideration he was off for a new baby, but he is back and still nothing... I have a complaint about something, and I can't even get ahold of the sales manager... This is not a place i will send my friends due to the lack of consideration for the customer, they jumped through hoops to get us approved for the loan, but thats where it stopped...

I am a young single female and the whole car buying process is very scary. I went to quite a few different dealership before I met Allison Menendez at Champion Chevrolet. And until then, my experience with dealerships was horrible. At most of them, I would have to flag down salesmen because they wouldn't want to wait on me. Or the first thing they would ask is where my husband or dad was, and if they would be helping me buy me car. A salesman at one dealership even wanted me to fill out a credit application before he even let me test drive anything or even talked abouyt pricing or payments. I already had my own financing of he bothered to ask! I am very grateful I met Allison at last after a day of being treated so badly. She never talked down to me or pressured me and was very patient and explained all the options of each car I test drove. I finally decided on a new blue 2010 Chevrolet Malibu. She also took the time to introduce me to the service department so that when I needed service, I knew where to go and who to talk to. And before I left, she went through all the gadgets on my new car again to make sure I knew how to use everything. And the coolest thing was the way they did all the paperwork. They have these touch screens that you get to use an electronic pen to sign. How cool is that? I definitely recomment if you are a girl buying a car on your own, go see Allison at Champion Chevrolet.
