        About 6 months ago, I took my car here for an oil change and I asked them to rotate the tires at the same time. $40 with synthetic oil. Sweet.



        The next time my oil change was due, I did it myself (yes, I'm a girl and I know how to change my own oil). I did not rotate my tires.



        Then yesterday, I got a flat tire. Two of my lug-nuts would NOT come off! I tried, a nice road worker tried with his impact wrench, and then my boyfriend tried. My stud broke OFF! Why!? Because the last people who put my lug-nuts on put them on too tightly.



        I had to pay to have my car towed to the nearest shop, and they had to replace two studs and all 4 lug-nuts. What should've taken me 10 minutes and $0 took 1 ½ days and $190.



        Manager ANDY told me that they couldn't do anything for me (even though it was their fault). He told me that had I had it towed to their shop, they could've fixed it for $15..but I don't want to pay them anything. It is THEIR fault. And I still would've had to pay a towing fee.
