I bought a Groupon for a whole house cleaning. My house is just under 3000 sq ft. First when trying to schedule it was a pain. Called many times never got a answer. Finally Scheduled for Friday, first I got a call that the tech was going to be 2 hrs late....i call the office and they told me they would send a different tech that was closer. And he should be here in 45 mins. My appt time was 3pm.....the tech arrived at 5!!! It just went down hill from there. I walked the tech around my house. I have a four bedroom but was only cleaning three of them. I ask since they were so late and he wasn't doing one of the rooms if they could do the stairs. He said no, so I was going to call the office to ask if he could and they were closed. So as I sat and talk to the tech and he proceeded to tell me that this cleaning won't be a good one because I purchased the Groupon!!! He also suggested I check the reviews on the company because they are bad and there is better companys in Austin!!!

This place is a JOKE

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! From someone who gets carpets cleaned every 6 months. Worst carpet cleaning around that I've seen in 10 years! Waste of time... Defiantly waste of money!!!

ZERO STARS! What a joke. This ...

ZERO STARS! What a joke. This company will be out of business soon! Wish I would have read previous Yelp-ers & saved ouselves the trouble. Raul showed up to our home on Monday July 2 & cleaned our tile floors in the kitchen & Master bath. I took before & after pictures....Surprise...they look no different! That is not the worst of it though. 6 hours after Steam It left, I went to the car & shockingly found our hose still pulled out in the front yard with the water still running! Argh! Of course it was after business hours, so I calmed down & called them 1st thing Tuesday am after reporting the problem to the City Of Austin. The owner stated, "Wow this has never happened before! He stated, "Raul is one of our best, so I will have to get his side of the story." Later I had a voicemail from Raul stating that he is certain he turned off the water before coming in with the paperwork... No you ACTUALLY did not. You did manage to tie the hose in a knot, but left it pulled into the yard, did not put it away, and you left it running full blast for 6 hours!

Honestly I know we are all human & we make mistakes, but negligently denying the possibility that you could possibly make an error or be accountable for your errors is INEXCUSABLE!

Rest assured YOU will be paying the bill for the negligent water wasteage!

We will now be making a police report, BBB report & blasting every website in order to help no one else experience this crappy customer service!
