Product delivery was spotty, pieces showed up here and there rather than at one time. Their "Spread" is HUGE, no way are you ever going to make a profit unless it is Bullion. Stay Away, they present themselves as big players but the service is that of a much smaller operation. As a new investor in Gold I felt as though I had been RAPED once I double checked with a local dealer. Fool me once shame on you, don't be fooled twice by these people.
