        The best home and Progressive auto insurance in Texas. Free quotes online, by phone or in our new office at 2521 Rutland @ Burnet Road near the Domain in Austin, Texas 78758. Excellent customer service, great rates.

        Well I have been using AIG for several years now with no issues until today. One of thier employees advised me to let my coverage lapse vs cancelling based on her experience. I was going with another provider and this would somehow allow my coverage to remain consistent. Well this advise was not the thing to do. Now I have a $66 bill for one day of coverage with Progressive! Also when I called progressive myself they have a whole different story. They tell me that im being charged $66 because I lost the automatic payments discount since I removed my bank info after I paid my final bill. Which was also advised to me by Crystal at AIG. The fact that this office cant even see how this is thier responsibility to make right is beyond me. This brokerage advised me to do all of this!!! I will never use AIG again.
