David Allen and his staff are simply the best! He is straightforward and competent and his crew tries hard to solve problems and keep tenants happy. They completely renovated our property quickly, professionally, and with the greatest craftsmen ever. Can't say enough good things. If you want someone who will take care of your tenants and your property, then David Allen at April Realty is your man.

This is the first time I have ever written a review on anyone, but the service David Allen and his crew have given us warrants a huge acknowledgement of their exceptional excellence in all aspects of property management. The words to describe these guys come easy - professional, fair, knowlegable, easygoing ( but fast when it comes to repairs), and most of all - attention to detail. We were referred to David by one of the top realtors in Austin and we will never be able to thank him enough



From reading other reviews, I see he can be tough when he has to with tenants who do not comply - but that is the kind of property manager you want.

We have lived here since Dec of 09. The first house we thought we had was already leased but not taken off the real estate listings by these folks. Then we get a house and hurry from Waco to Austin to sign the papers. The office was closed by the time we got there. We managed to get someone to do the paperwork for us. Then they gave us the wrong keys to the house. We could get into the garage but not the house proper. We have been after them for months to fix major appliances throughout the house and they have yet to repair any of them. I would suggest using someone else. These people are not professional and quite rude when you pay your rent. If I wasn't locked into a lease I'd leave immediately. I'm tempted to retain a lawyer and sue for breach of contract. USE ANYONE BUT THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
