        Overall

        This people don't deserve one star , totally rude unprofessional , overcharged , misdiagnosed , took more then a week to fix something that was under factory warranty & still charged me for it , took the truck in for alighment & was not done for more then a week , they told me needed brakes , & 2 days before they a passed a measured dot on a 2014 truck , I took truck to TA & got my alighment done in 2 hours cheaper then they were gonna do it in one week , totally disgusting , the worst costume service ever ever , I rather set my truck on fire then to ever take it back to this incompetent idiots.

        ABSOLUTELY A WASTE OF TIME MONEY EFFORT ETC. These guys are completely rude! They have no customer service skills what so ever. ALWAYS OVER PROMISE< and UNDER DELIVER! Truck has been in to them nearly every week for the past month. Get the truck back, pay THOUSANDS in bills, AND parts!... Get the truck home. Truck's oil is over full! ... hmm funny they didn't notice that when they are supposed to be diagnosing the truck. Trucks oil is FILLED with fuel. This is the end of our conversation AFTER it was implied that I was an idiot and our truck a POS! Brad in Service: "Well bring it back and we will look at it. That is all I can offer you. I've been in this industry my entire life. We are in the business to make money. Not work for free" And don't even get me started on the length of time they charge for repairs... which by the books take less than an hour. they will charge you for two hours. AND they will tell you that your truck well be in by X day... then you call 2 days later, still not in, get after them like flies on crap, and STILL wont get to it. ... wait nearly a week, they will finally get to working... er well so they claim! (and trust me your bill will reflect their "work" time too!)
