Best Buy is horrible! I have shopped a Best Buy for years but they will no longer receive my business. I purchased an item from their web page for curb side pickup. When I picked the item up it was ticketed for less than what I paid but they refused to refund the difference. Said the ticket on it was over a month old. Someone needs to show them a calendar. The ticket was dated 10 April I purchased it on 29 April. If I had been able to walk into the store and buy it I would have paid the price on the ticket, but because the web had a different price they would no honor it. Cheats!! Dishonorable!! Low down company! Spread the word….Shop Amazon! Put this company out of business!

Waited 45 minutes on the phone to schedule an appt. for my headrest dvd players to be installed into by van. Once the guy finally came back to the phone I explained what I wanted and where I had purchased them from. He said no problem and put me on the books. Go there that weekend to do so and wait an hour before they tell me that they cannot install them because I purchased them from Wal-mart. Ok I said fine let me buy some from here so I can just get them installed today still since we are leaving on a family trip with our 4 kids. Oh sorry ma'am, we don't sell those here in the store. Really?! I told them over the phone where I purchased them from and then again when I got there an hour before they decided to inform me that the general manager no longer permits them to install anything from other stores. Horrible customer service and apparently no one listens when you talk. Tried to speak with someone about everything and the manager could have cared less.

Awful !!

Very unprofessional customer service. Geek squad hung up on is twice, Not to mention we purchased two TVs that did not work within two days. Bought our first TV (39' insigma) returned next day because it kept turning off. Purchased a 32' smart TV Panasonic (better brand.. Better TV right?!) Wrong! Netflix would not work ( tried trouble shooting, updating everything etc. My husband is a computer nerd so its not like we just didn't know what we were doing) Needless to say after two TVs purchased within two days we are on our way back to return this one as well.

Overall

My Lenovo tablet stopped working. So I took the cover off to see if the battery was damaged. I saw no damage to the battery. I took it Best Buy to have them check it out and see what they could do. The Geek Squad told me I voided the warranty because I removed the cover. If that's the case I guess removing the cover to put in a SIM card will also void my warranty. The manual explains how to remove the cover and battery, meaning that is user maintance.
