Very poor customer service. We had a house fire and stored our pictures and life long video of our family here. We called to pay our storage up, we were very behind and the man said we were paid up. Two days later they sold everything. We have lost all of our memories. He didn't help us at all.

My husband and I have been customers since 2001. The only problem we have is that "your emergency contact" receives a bill if you do not pay by the first. YOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT WILL OPEN THE BILL BECAUSE IT WILL BE ADDRESSED TO THEM. SO, BE CAREFUL WHO YOU PUT DOWN FOR YOUR CONTACT AND PAY ON THE 1ST IN PERSON! If your payment is received on the 2nd 15.00 late fee and so on. Otherwise you should be ok.
