No wait at all, appointment was quick which makes it easy to schedule with Radiant Smiles during a workday!

HORRIBLE!!!! THE WORST!!!!!!



If you want second rate service from people that do not care about your time then this is the dentist for you.



Radiant smiles rescheduled on me 3 times. On the third time, I was happy to take the earlier appointment that they offered. Once I arrived I signed in and then proceeded with my wait.



After seeing 2 patients arrive and sign in after me, and then taken immediately back into an open chair - I decided enough was enough.



If your time doesn't matter then by all means - Go sit and wait in their lobby.

I love the different appointment reminders like text messages and emails. I will recommend to others.

The most hospitable and courteous staff is at Radiant Smiles Dental. I really enjoyed my services I got from the dentist.

Dr. Wu has all new front office staff that is absolutely fabulous, professional and competent. Her hygienist is truly ideal. I couldn't ask for more.

I like radiant smiles dental so much, the staff is so friendly and not only do they service you but they provide you with information on taking care of your teeth as well. The office assistant is a really sweet lady also!

The most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dentist's office. Everyone was very professional and courteous; and took time to address all of my concerns regarding my dental health.

I needed to have three old silver filings replaced. I was very apprehensive. They recommended I use the laughing gas, and I'm so glad I did. It made the experience so much more bearable. I could still hear the drill and feel the vibrations, but I couldn't smell it, and everything else bothered me a lot less.

Great work very quick and accommodating you are in and out of that office in no time as that’s the way everything should be.

I am very pleased with Dr. Wu and her staff. The hygienist is excellent, knowledgeable, personable and gentle. Dr. Wu is very efficient and thorough. Although she is a very busy dentist, she is cordial and polite when dealing with me as a patient. I think she tries to help everyone and definitely does not take advantage of anyone. I've been a patient at Radiant Smile since 2011.

Staff was pleasant and very knowledgeable...dentist needs to work on chair side manner...very cold and impersonal
