AttorneysPSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATES OF ATLANTA CAN PROVIDE FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATIONS, CONSULTATIONS, AND EXPERT WITNESS TESTIMONY IN CIVIL AND CRIMINAL CASES, INCLUDING:the insanity defense and criminal responsibility, competency to stand trial, capital sentencing, and mitigation. Drs. Lipsig and Norman can also conduct workplace violence assessments and/or Fitness for Duty evaluations.
