        I currently rent a house in the Edgewood neighborhood from Invitation Homes and I am in love. Their service is absolutely amazing. They respond within less than 24 hours for all of my maintenance needs. My rent is also very reasonably priced. When I renewed my lease for two years, the price only went up by $72. My house was built in 1920 but the renovations are modern. Wendy Page is my favorite associate. She's very helpful and always has a great attitude!
