        Dr Palay is one of the best DR's in Atlanta or the state of Georgia, he is very kind to his patients, he has been my Dr. for many years.

        one of the worst

        dr. palay, misdiagonised my eye treatment and i am thinking of taking legal action. one of the worst customer service and rude eye doctors. i reported him to the association and he has many compliants. stay away from him.
