        I've been going to this eye facility for about 5 years and the service and doctors are great. The glasses are a bit on the pricey side. The office is always clean and the doctors are quite knowledgeable. I like Doctor Dau recommends trying natural things to assist with caring for your eyes and she's not so quick to provide medicine. She gives awesome recommendations that has assisted me in taking better care of my eyes.

        Rude and self absorbed Doctor. I was trying to speak with the receptionist/person up front and the Doctor actually made a rude comment about her to me saying, "don't bother with her she doesn't know anything". I couldn't believe he would speak to a customer about one of his employees like this. I will never go back!

        Bevaquil, I am very sorry that you had that experience with us. I cannot imagine having a better staff to work with than the employees here at Cumberland Pointe, especially the receptionists. That is why this review is so startling to us. Any comments, joking or otherwise, that can be interpreted in this manner are regrettable. I and my fellow doctors here are nothing without our staff. When I and the other doctors took an Optometric Oath, we pledged to place the treatment of those who seek our care above any personal gain. If care and compassion were lacking in your visit, please let us know how we can remedy the situation. Our patients take time out of their busy lives to see us for eyecare.         WONDERFUL VISIT

        I received the best Eye Exam in my life from Dr. Walker at CumberlandPointe Eyecare. The staff was informed and helpful. What stud out most however, was the time and attention that the Dr. took with me. I felt he cared and was concerned that my visit was WONDERFUL...both with his exam and the eyeglasses that I ordered. They excepted my insurance and my out of pocket expense was very little. My glasses are great and everything is crispy clear. The Optician that helped me pick out my glasses was very nice and helpful. They talked me into getting something to cut out glare that had always bothered me with my old glasses. I think its called anti-glare coating? Anyway....it madde the biggest difference to me. I couldn't beleive that it would help that much....but WOW...



        Anyway...wanted to let everyone know about my WONDERFUL visit to the EYE Dr.



        I am telling everyone I know about Cumberland Pointe Eyecare and Dr. Walker....
