The Smyrna area businesses are losing customers and money due to the error perpetrated by AT&T. AT&T ignores customer complaints about the wrong directory being delivered to Smyrna residents and agents offer to deliver the correct one for a large fee. The residents are already paying for Smyrna service & would like to have easier access to businesses in Smyrna.
