Mercy Urgent Care Corporate Offices

This place is nothing but a disgrace! They have you pay when you first sign in and then the doctor tells you "well if you don't agree to go to the hospital then we won't do anything for you. We won't prescribe you anything." My husband went in with a sore throat and a cough and they refused to help him after he had already paid them! While we was there at least half the other people there was also being sent to the hospital after they had already paid urgent care for their services! It is not right for them to have a person pay up front just to not help them and steal their money!
