I had a car with a dead battery in my garage. Was unable to jump due to proximity of the car. The guys at VA Tire and Auto loaned me a jumper box so I could get my car into them which I did. Once my car was in their shop, it was ready within 30 minutes for this battery replacement. Nice experience and I'll return.

I am very happy with the service i received from Virginia tire and Auto recently. This time I took my car for wipe blade replacement. I believe that I received the best price and service from them. The job was completed before even I finished complementary coffee.

I realized that the tags on my car expired. To renew the tags I needed emission inspection. Took the car to Virginia Tire and Auto of Ashburn not sure if emissions could be done late night. Not only VA Tire inspected the car and passed it but also applied discount coupon from their own. Very happy about the experience and will continue to take my cars to them for future needs. We received a coupon in the money mailer packet. The Sunday hours were too good to pass up. Gabe was patient and thorough in explaining the situation. We are very please with the service and price for the oil change, tune-up and taking care of the check engine light. We have four vehicles. We'll be back, again and again. Tires are next!

This company will charge you top dollar for work and then if there are any issues, take extraordinary measures to shift blame to anyone besides themselves! We had a state inspection that revealed some brake work needing to be done. We had the work done, part by Goodyear, part by ourselves since it was a simple pad replacement. Then they inspected the brakes and proclaimed them good. Now several months later, a persistent rattle has become a loud clunk and low and behold we find upon removing the tire that the brake assembly was missing the bolt to hold it together! They claim it is not something they would have removed to inspect the brakes, but let me ask this: How do you inspect a brake and fail to see that the brake assembly falls off when the tire is removed? Obviously it was on before they did the inspection or the brakes would have fallen off when the tire was removed for the inspection. Shame, shame on Goodyear. Either they didnt actually inspect the brakes or they did and forgot to put the bolt back. Now I have to go find someone to replace the missing bolt, it sure wont be them!

We have been charged for unrequested and unnecessary services on two occasions. The first was with my wife and after many calls they reversed the charges. The second incident was with my daughter after several attempts we have given up. Us this store with caution!
