As new immigrant I was not aware the FBAR filings and visit their office today. Initially I was very upset after discussing the cost and penalties and thought they are robbing me. Good CPA and with Expert Tax knoweledge

I was searching for a CPA who knows about International taxation and met 2-3 CPA in the area. First thing we were looking if he can answer our questions which other CPA said they need to research and after consultation didn't get the answers. Expert in FBAR and Streamline Procedure

We forget to report foreign banks to tax return and took help from their office to file back taxes including FBAR. They suggest streamline procedure and initial cost looks very high and feel cost is too high. It took almost 2 years to resolve and close the case. Best part I like is

1. Their team were aware what they are doing and response all IRS issues in timely manner
2. Best part was their strategy and in the beginning they defined the strategy and we were worried can IRS will accept the same. At the end we get the same result.
3.They are expert and knows India and US tax laws including complex tax treaty rules. This really helps in my case and handle professionally.

I am in his office and I though I need a 2 hour time to prepared my return. These people know what all documents we need and best part was I missed my car property tax documents and was lite surprised they knows how to get from county record and pull the data.
