Lulu Belle's BBQ

If you prefer quiet, non-swarming, low key locations - like me, the Lulu Belle's is a Great Local stop. Plus, the Arizona Republic/USA Today rated it the #2 Road Barbeque in the state. Ahead you face Williams, Flagstaff, and maybe Sedona. They have become Route 66 funky, Grand Cayon gayeways or a polished global crystal of the Red Rock Vertices.

We had ribs, slaw, beans annd a BBQ brisket sandwich. If you like BBQ beans like I do, you'll be leaving your socks under the table because they will be knocked off. We were promised melt in your mouth brisket, but I had to chew the flavorful St. Louis/West Texas sauced meat a bit. a 4 there for me, but also delicious. Chefs can over do slaw with saices and s3asonings. The slaw here was perfect to me - don't tell my wife.
