Enjoyed the sales cycle with good customer service. Shipment came on time and in good shape (there is LOTS of packaging to uncrate and dispose of, and you need a large space to work).
THEN, the assembly began with instructions that were somewhat helpful (you must watch videos several times). Some guidelines turned out to be questionable (remove the shrink-wrap on the heavy glass door which led to a near crash of a swinging door). Other instructions appeared to be missing (what to do with several parts in the small appliance box) or opaque to a new user.

Unit assembled with two-person crew (do not attempt this with only one person!). Discovered the factory installed one cable incorrectly. I called for help and the service rep required photos in order to ship replacement. Replacement cable went to wrong state (yup, Louisiana not Virginia).

After four days, still need a part to turn on unit. After that, will plow through instructions, e.g., "How To Operate". Right now, need to call company again (sixth phone call so far) to get part sent to right location and for guidance.
