The Energy Club is an independent, locally owned health club in the Shirlington/Arlington community. Unlike those big chain gyms, where a member is just another body on a machine or in a class. At The Energy Club, our members are people who live in our community – neighbors who are looking for a fitness club where everyone feels comfortable and welcomed and people know their name. Our monthly happy hours and other special events give our members a chance to get to know each other a little better. And if they have kids, they bring them along too. Our child-minding studio makes sure that the kids stay active and have fun while the parents work out. Our fitness club has the latest in cardio equipment, more than 70 group exercise classes, executive-style locker rooms filled with amenities -- even a 30-foot rock-climbing wall. For our hardcore workout enthusiast, we offer Shirlington CrossFit -- providing the highest-quality experience in comprehensive CrossFit training. The personal trainers you’ll find at The Energy Club take a different approach in training our members. Instead of being plugged into a pre-determined workout routine, our trainers take the time to understand each person’s unique motivations and goals. Then they develop a plan designed specifically for them –one that guarantees they’ll achieve their fitness goals.
