Star Nails

I had my nails done here about 2 years ago, but just opened an account to start giving reviews to businesses. So here it is. The first and only time I went to get my nails done here, the lady kept filing off my skin surrounding my nails. I kept saying, "ouch," and told her it hurt. She just said okay, and seemed to try to be more careful, but would still nick my skin. When she applied the acrylic, she kept pushing the skin under my nail to the point it felt like it separated my nail from the skin and I could feel the acrylic stinging me. In the end, the nails were pretty, but it should NOT hurt like it did. I never went back and I highly recommend for anyone else NOT to go here at all.

The absolute BEST nail salon in TX!! nothing compares to the quality and cleanliness of Star Nails in Arlington, TX on Collins. I have been a long time customer and I have always received tons of compliments on my nails, toes, and my eyebrows.



It's located conveniently between dallas & ftw with lots of parking and over 10 stations to get whatever service you desire. Newly decorated w a Parisian touch, it's extremely inviting and fresh!



Their pedicures are heavenly & never crack (I had 1 of them last through a 2 week trip to miami and I was walking through sand everyday).



The waxing is quick, precise, and not painful at all. I have never had an issue w the brow or lip waxing services that I have received there.



The girls there are friendly and professional with big smiles & open schedules. So feel free to call ahead or walk in. My fav is Jamie...she has kept my nails looking *fabulous* for years & I will never go anywhere else to get them done.

Very nice atmosphere. I never really got anything there. But Jaime would always check to make sure I'm ok. My wife on the other hand refuses to go to any other nail salon other than this one. Due to their great customer service.

The girls are pleasant and professional to be around. The services they provide are well priced and professional.
