Great Skin Spa & Skin Care

Got a facial & then felt like I was obligated to buy their overpriced products afterwards. The sheets they had me lay on & cover up with had clearly been used by several others before me. The facial was great but I can't get past the other so I won't return. I also don't appreciate having my credit card charged for 10% of the full price of my services as a tip. I believe tipping should be voluntary.

Valerie along with all of the other staff were very professional. As you can see from my review, Valerie has the hands of an angel. She litterly gave me goosebumps. It was extremely relaxing and although I'm 62, she almost made me feel like a kid again. She is a wonderful asset to your establishment.

I just had their new Hibiscus facial peel by the Rhonda Allison line and it was amazing! My skin is so tight, smooth, radiant and glowing and I can barely see my used to be large pores! The staff is so friendly and my esthetician was so professional and educational! I already rebooked for next month and recommend everyone to get in ASAP!!

I had a $250 facial done (with other treatments included) and it was substandard. I felt I was treated differently because I had an online coupon offer. I was even charged a mandatory tip which was 10% of the services. I have never heard of that with a spa treatment. They did not even use any steam! Hardly got a massage and the esthetician did not explain the services as they were being done like other facials I have had in the past. I was told it would be an hour and a half for the services and it was just an hour. In all fairness, I can say the products used were excellent and the surroundings were very nice. The other staff members were very friendly. I just had a bad esthetician, and did not appreciate the mandatory tip.
