Stay away from that place!I used to be a great place to fix your car, but unfortunately that is not the case anymore. The shop is now owned by a guy that goes by the name of Pete who is the mechanic/manager/owner-thus the bright yellow signs stating Under New Management
I took my car there several times only to find out I was charged large sums of cash for services and parts that were not repaired and claimed to be. The guy did damage to my vehicle and failed to report it to me. I had to find out from another mechanic. He would give me the runaround and basically not fix it. I also felt very uncomfortable communicating with him due to his unprofessional (sexual approach) towards me. I'm disgusted with his services and cannot believe this place is still open. I am considering legal action against Eric's Automotive of Arlington Heights.

Pete at Eric's automotive has been servicing my cars since I started driving. He always dose the job quickly and correctly. He is very professional and courteous. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to Eric's automotive. I wont trust my cars anywhere else!

Erik's Auto has been servicing my cars for the past 8 years since he opened up in the neighborhood. The mechanic Pete is an excellent professional with the experience of over 45 years. I trust him completely and treats his customers with nothing but respect. I refer and recommend him to everyone!!!!
