        After having the oil changed in our truck, Sunshine failed to return our lug nut key - and now are claiming that the key belongs to them. Sunshine has done all schedule B maintenance on the vehicle for the last 2 years, and put new tires on the truck earlier this year. Now, that we have decided to have maintenance preformed at another location due to an outrageous quote for back brake pads, Sunshine has refused to give us our lug nut key that they took from inside the vehicle. When I approached their staff, they claim that the key belongs to their master set. However, after confirming with the manufacturer of our wheels, they have indicated that is not possible. No dealership, or wheel shop within a 4 county radius has this key, yet Sunshine magically does. Seriously?
