Integrity Insurance

If I could give a 0 I would have done that.!! This is the WORST insurance company I have ever worked with. I am still working on a claim and its been almost 9 months.. I get the fact that they try to low ball you.. but WOW I'd rather be hit again by their client's car then have to deal with these horrible people. Its bad when I get hit by their client and now after still dealing with this horrible situation I still feel violated since they will not be even closely be reasonable. Here is the Jist of the story.. I HAD a used Prius.. I replaced the battery less than 2 weeks prior to their client hitting me, and they tell me they will only pay me 200 for a battery that cost me 1300. Yea I feel ROBBED!!!! I told them this is unacceptable.. and they are telling me "WHATEVER"... or "NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU".. How wrong can a company be!!! I'll Spread this across the web.. But I doubt they even read their own posts.
