Carter Water

Very bad experience! Did the mistake to call on a chance to get a free gift card. Had a sales rep at home for two hours. Both of us present. Did not buy anything even though he was VERY pushing. This thing with the shampoo and stuff made it feel even more scam. Did not get the gift card. Called and asked. The sales rep ADAM had lied in his report claiming one of us hadn't been present the whole time. Company refused to give us the gift card even though we reassured we both had been present. They decided to go with the employee instead. Bad costumer service!!! Very very bad. Will never recommend this company!

I have had the system since 2014 and just love my water!! They call every year to remind me of my service and check the water. So glad I purchased from a company that makes sure they take care of there customers.

Very aggressive and borderline abusive sales tactics. If they can't bully you into buying their water softener system they'll try to scare you by talking about all the unknown possible consequences of hard water in the long run. The salesman initially said if you don't want our water system after I do my presentation about it then that's fine. No strings attached. Not only was that a lie but during the presentation he tested our sink, their filtered water, and our fridge filtered water... which he mixed with our sink water anyways thinking we would not notice. It took over an hour for him to finish and we said no thank you. He became argumentative and tried to bully us into saying we already agreed to purchasing this system. Earlier he had asked us if this system were free would you take it. We said well sure but I bet their are strings attached. So he tried to show us ways in which we would save money if we buy it. Apparently they will send you shampoo bottles and other cleaning supplies that you mix yourself and in the long run it's cheaper than the 20 or 30 bucks you spend at the grocery store. So that was pretty ridiculous in itself but we patiently and politely listened. So he gets you to say yes to a free no strings attached system and then baits and switches you and says you already agreed to buying the system and look at how we make it so you basically get this wonderful thing for free! Then tries to make you feel bad about saying no going back to the possible negative effects of hard water.

I had to say no thanks 3 or more times. He had even showed us a Dr. Oz video earlier and said so you think Dr. Oz and I are liars and would do you wrong. Not a question. It was an accusation. I mean this was beyond ridiculous.

If their sales people are this bad and their follow up is this bad... I can't imagine how bad the rest of their products and services are.

Worst service we've ever had. They don't honor their warranties, the system only works half of the time, and it take two or three messages before they will actually contact you back. My husband and I haven't had our system for a year and we've deeply regret going with this company.

Carter Water supplied a great system, works better than the previous one we had

Craters Water is rare in today's world and especially Florida where businesses pop up and disappear just as fast as they arrive! Water companies are notorious for trying to sell you yet another magic water system! I was so shocked to find pure honesty and no sales pitch! It was me that had to ask about a better system and in the end he just fixed 2 stripped seals. When I'm ready I have the comfort that I will get what I pay for at a extremely fair price and it will be guaranteed for LIFE! Who does that anymore? Carter water that's who! Cannot wait ...but I must. to purchase that gold 2500 series, and they build everything according to your specific water issues! Thanks Carter! Water.
