Gasser Property Management

Oh my good I am calling since 3 weeks an leave messages for callback and nobody there returned the call. They are sending letters with wrong facts an don’t even talk. The Funny thing on their website they have the slogan "We are family treating customers like family.” If I see this I would never want to be part of their family if they treat each other like this LOl

I live in subdivision managed by Gasser and have been living there for about eleven years now with no issues but about six months ago we started getting letters from the Home Owners Association and the Property Management threating to fine us over trivial things like I left the garbage container out overnight, the gas lantern in front the house went out, my son park his car on the street for just a few minutes in order to swap it out with another. They have now fined me with now documented reason and when I called them they said it was for landscape violation. I had a heart attack a few years ago and my knees are bone on bone and three months ago I was diagnosed with cancer so I had had a professional lawn care company take care of the yard for the past three years and the landscaping was installed when I bought the house eleven years ago and looks like everyone else landscaping.

I have to agree with the post inhale read so far. It has been greater than 1year and I still have not had anything fixed at my townhome that is covered under this HOA. Mr Woods will review items fixed by the HOA contract ( in my case the roof leak, gutters not working, and basement leaks) but not do anything about them- it has been greater than 1 year and now that I have stopped payment they file to put a lien on the home and add on lawer fees/ I can not recommend this group.

Terrible! Worst customer service on the planet. Way to return a phone call! Oh, and they make promises they can't keep.
