Wendy's

I was excited when Wendy"s came to Anthem,AZ. Unfortunately, it is poorly operated. I have experienced multiple incorrect orders, unsmooth operating of orders, or the several occasions only to be told they don't have the item . Today, when I went to pay after ordering, I was informed they did not currently have any of an item prepared. Needless to say it has been a big disappointment.

You should always double check the order because chances are they messed it up. I have had 3 orders where we had to return.
Then if you go inside the people tripping over themselves is another mess. Good people with no management.
