Burger King

I went to this Burger King on afternoon and when I got to the drive through window I was told my total. I handed the lady the money and my cell phone rung. I had a earpiece so I clicked it to answer. I had a bit of a wait for my order and when she returned she handed me my bag and then my drink but no change. So I sat and waited for her to return. Finally she returned and I told her she didn't give me my change. She laughed and said "oh I put it in your bag". I looked at her like she was an idiot and asked why would she do that? She said I saw you were talking on your phone. I have no idea why she thought that made sense. Just like she handed me my drink and bag she could have handed me my change. I asked her if her manager was there and she said yes. I was on my way to drop the food off to my friend so I called inside to complain.The manager was nasty and rude and told me that their fries aren't that greasy so the money should be fine. I cussed him up one wall and down the other. I am so sick of subpar customer service. If I come there and hand her the money in her hand she should give the same respect. Or are they saying they want customers to start handing them money in bags? Utterly ridiculous!
