I started using NC Pest Control a few months ago when we were having some pest issues. I was told about Mike at NC Pest Control and had him come out. On the initial visit he was on time, very polite and friendly, and even gave me some tips of things I could do at home to keep the bugs away. He is very good about letting you know what chemicals he is using and how much of them he is using as well. Their service works! Two weeks after the initial visit I was seeing no bugs. I am still very satisfied. Mike comes out every three months for the quarterly service and I am more than happy with the service. I would highly recommend NC Pest Control to anyone looking for pest control.

Awesome experience. We had a bug scare and NC Pest Control came out to our apartment in Cary in a timely manner and helped calm us down. The technician looked around and did a thorough inspection, then offered to come back and treat at a very affordable price. He explained the chemicals he was going to use and how he planned on doing it. Will definitely use this service again.

We moved into our house and were having major spider and ant issues. Inside, outside, everywhere. One day, spiders had built webs over EVERY SINGLE DOOR to the house. It was terrible. NC Pest Control had great pricing to come out for the initial service. They also recommended and recurring plan that has kept these little buggers away! Mike, the owner, was quite professional and courteous. Scheduling was easy and they came out the day before we move in.



Highly recommend NC Pest Control... Major difference from before.

Today (Saturday), I called the first pest control company I could find that was open because I found what appeared to be a black widow spider in my house. I had no idea I was going to get so lucky contacting NC Pest Control! Couldn't ask for better service! Mike came out within 15 minutes of my call, identified the spider (as indeed a black widow), and provided me with treatment options for both inside and outside my home. He treated the inside and outside of my home and even treated the crawl space and shed upon request with no complaints! He encouraged me to watch the treatment process to ease my mind! He offered me so many other helpful tips on managing issues with our crawl space! Looking forward to working with him on these issues as well! Cannot recommend this business enough!

I have used a few pest control companies over the past few years. NC Pest Control was the only company to actually get rid of my ongoing ant problem. The technician also made my husband and I aware that we had a moisture issue in the crawlspace. We shopped around a bit and quickly noticed the quality and price could not be beat anywhere. We are so glad we were referred to NC Pest Control.

A gentleman came out, on time, proactive and informative. A flea treatment was missed for an indoor/outdoor cat that quickly became an indoor flea problem. Completely gone after the visit and no odor, no follow up needed for the fleas but I've been able to get help with every bug problem from the company since then.

NC Pest Control was at our home recently because our beautiful trees were covered with bugs. The trees are near our pet run so they made sure to take that into consideration. Our trees were sprayed, the beetles have not returned. Nice to be able to depend on a service like this.
