Watercrest at Victoria Falls Skilled Nursing & Rehab

This organization has no business in the healthcare industry. They are slum lords at best. Please do not let your loved one suffer here while there are so many other options. It's only a matter of time before they are shutdown by state and federal agencies.
The only positive I can say about my parents time at victoria falls is that there are a few good staff members. Sadly that isnt enough to overcome the company's lack of morals or lack if knowledge in healthcare. Their only jnowledge

The people in administration are unprofessional. They shouldn't be allowed to have the type of jobs they have. No wonder the place has such a poor ratings. God help the peons and the residents.
