There are many better options for dealer management software. We currently use their Infinity software, and previously, its predecessor, Galaxy. We have been with them for about ten years. The Infinity Software has been out for several years and is still full of quirks, and extremely counter-intuitive. So many glitches that remain year after year, even with frequent updates. They seem to have much trouble viewing their software from the user's perspective, both judging by its original design, and by their treatment of suggestions for improvement. Customer support is hit-or-miss. Often issues are passed up to "upper level support" and never heard about again, unless you continually check up with them. They are very apt to say "that is just the way it is" - you do not get the feeling they really try to understand the issue from a dealer level. Support gives off the aura that the firm is very resistant to change anything, as if this attitude permeates through the entire organization. Management has been very unresponsive and downright rude when there were major issues when converting from their older software. Very high pressure sales tactics - on the verge of misleading at times. It is quirky software with mediocre support. Lots of useless features and lacking the basic, important ones. The training was extremely poor. The gentleman clearly had a *very* limited knowledge of the software. I would strongly suggest considering others first.
