        Best Service Ever, I talked to Alex at closing time and she was so knowledgeable about animal nutrition that I came back over the weekend and picked up a few items for my dogs. I was surprised that the prices were so reasonable. Alex your knowledge and customer service is what will keep me coming back time and time again. Thank you

        Dropped in one day to check it...

        I use a brand of feed that is advertised on their outside wall. However, they did not have the product I use, I ordered a certain amount and was promised it would arrive the next week. Three weeks later, product still hadn't been ordered/or delivered. One day, when I went into the store to inquire about my order, the man that worked at the counter, was on the phone, chit chatting with someone. I stood there, at the counter for at least 15 minutes, right in front of him, and he did not acknowledge my presence or say a word to me. He did however, turn his back to me and continue his telephone conversation. I was appalled at the rudeness! Needless to say, the next day I called and asked to speak to the owner, complained about the service and asked about my order. The product was NEVER ordered. I cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere. They lost out on about $160 a week in business from me. I never use them and never recommend them to anyone! Horrible customer service and overpriced!
