Village Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

I have been going to Village Smiles for almost two years. The entire staff has been so wonderful to us!! They are always smiling and are very helpful with everything!! I don't know all the names of the staff members and it really doesn't matter because they are all so wonderful. I do know the name of two at the front desk, Chaquella and Monica. They have both made me feel comfortable. I absolutely love Monica!! She is extremely helpful and freindly!! She says hello, good bye and explains the insurance, etc. she does her job, plus some. I used to work at a front desk so I know how hard that job can be. It is much harder than it looks. I just wanted to say thank you to them and leave a good review so that others will know that it is a great place to go... my sons teeth are looking beautiful and he had teeth growing under his tongue and nose lol.. THANK YOU VILLAGE SMILES!!!!!

Horrendous service, criminally bad dental work! I had a crown put on here 6 months ago. It just fell out one day. I called villAge for help. Their line was these things frequently happen and we will get you in when it us convenient for us not YOU! Kelly in the office hung up on me after shouting at me. I so wish I didn't have to have them fix their mistake. Just go to a third world country - it will be chapter and the care will be better.

I came to this office as a new patient with a horrible toothache. They saw me immediately, and worked with my insurance because of the emergency. The entire staff is super friendly, and Dr. Zanke is amazing!
