Dr. Charles Slack, MD

I am only eight days post operative but Dr Slack's work has already far exceeded my expectations. I put up with a condition I found painful and embarassing for many years. I am completely thrilled with the improvement he has made; I also felt that he listened carefully to my concerns. He has seemed open, kind and completely reassuring throughout my treatment to date. I would whole-heartedly recommend him.

Dr Slack performed my surgery in February 2022. I cannot explain fully how much of a difference it has made, I am physically much more comfortable and emotionally I feel happier. I love my new breasts! Dr Slack and his office have been caring, attentive and professional. My surgery went absolutely perfectly, although I'm 52 I healed quickly and I feel wonderful. So thankful to Dr Slack, I fully trust and recommend him to anyone.

The procedure and recovery went smoothly. I wish I had done this sooner! The office staff was terrific and always made me feel comfortable. I'd recommend Dr. Slack to anyone!

Dr Slack is a very caring and does great plastic surgery. He called and checked on me and was always available after I was home. Every post OP appointment we answered all my questions and explained in detail what I should expect. All the staff in his off was also kind and knowledgeable.

Dr. Slack is a thoughtful doctor who listens and explains options, process and procedure thoroughly. I’m very please with outcome as well as the follow up from Dr. Slack and his wonderful team.

I came in the summer before my senior year of high school with terrible back and neck pain because of my breasts. During my first consultation, I explained everything I was feeling, my concerns, and what I hoped for. He was very nice and listened to everything. He was very informative about what a breast reduction procedure was. Even though I was only 17, I knew that I wanted this done. All of appointments with him since have been amazing, one of the best doctors I've been to. I'm very happy with the results and don't regret anything. My back and neck feel so much relief! He did such an amazing job and I reccommend him to any women wanting to get a breast reduction, including young women my age!

Dr. Slack and his office staff were so pleasant to work with. They made sure all of my questions were answered and helped me with paperwork and insurance. I would highly recommend them!!

Amazing experience with Dr. Slack and his team! i went to 4 consultations all over DFW. I felt the most comfortable with him- he had a lot of knowledge, his before and afters were the best I saw, and he was very honest and listened to what I wanted. I have a chest deformity and was very asymmetrical and stretched out from 2 babies. I felt the most confident in his approach- and am so glad I went with him! The surgery went great, the healing process was way easier than I thought it would be, and at 6 months post op I'm SO happy with them! His office/the surgery center were super close to my house, so that was a big bonus. The whole staff is great and he answered any questions I had throughout the process super fast!

I wasn't sure at first if I wanted to get the surgery but once I came and met with Dr. slack and the nurses I felt very confident that they knew what they were doing and that I would be in good hands.

Had a lower blespharoplasty. Wonderful results!!! Looking younger by the day! Dr.Slack and his office kept me constantly informed, checked on me, clarified costs and billing, etc. SO nice. They went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience.
