Physicians & Midwives - Kingstowne

This review is for the Kingstowne location. NEVER AGAIN.



I am new to the area and looking for a new OB-GYN, however coming here was a complete mistake. I am already searching for a new doctor.



First, they ask you to come 15 minutes early to your first appointment. Then they have you wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes after you turn in your paperwork. I arrived at 1pm and after listening to the receptionist take a long personal phone call, I waited, watching other patients walk in late and be taken back before me. At 1:45, I was ready to leave when I was finally called back. No apologies.



Then I was told that I had to participate in the interactive game while I waited for my doctor. When I declined, the nurse insisted. No thank you.



Finally, the doctor arrives. Dr. Modjoros seemed nice at first, but it became clear she does not have the patent's best interests at heart. Unfortunately, this practice only cares about making money. A healthy 22 year old does not need to come back every 6 months when everything is okay. 12 months is standard. This place does not care about their patients and I am very dissatisfied with the practice.
