Overall

Great food definitely in comparison to the chain restaurants. They have some local craft beer selection, which is a must. Comfortable, clean and very friendly service. I have been there several times and always have had good food, beverage and service. It's unfortunate that not every 100% of visitors are going to be happy but that goes with any place, restaurant or any other establishment. Its been great that the staff makes accommodations for other sports such as Ice Hockey and Soccer and even lacrosse. I will continue to patronize this venue.

My daughter and I swam in the heated indoor pool at 8 pm for over an hour; colorful light show underwater. Nice escape from the freezing cold January winter.

I had the Green chilie chicken fettuccine alfredo. Fantastic taste and the chicken cut like butter. My other have had the serloin, it also cut like butter and the vegetables grilled perfect. He really enjoyed it. I'll surly eat here again. Good job Chef

Just got back into El Paso Texas. I ate at your restaurant and was amazed. Great food and an awesome staff. A very attractive girl greeted me and was helpful with sights to see and a meal I should try. I think her name was Rachael. Well, thanks for a great time.

We were on a road trip from the West Coast to the East and decided to stop in Albuquerque it actually happened to be the night before Balloon Festival 2015 and every other hotel was either booked, way to over priced, or just didn't look safe. Then we found Hotel Cascada and they were everything their pictures showed and for a reasonable price. Its such an unexpected surprise for the price. Its a nice boutique style hotel with some great amenities, it even has a water park. The staff was super friendly, the rooms decent a bit small but for that price and service it was well worth it.

Now I will point put that we had a 1st floor room which has the glass sliding doors to the parking lot. It worried me a little however they have locks, and the neighborhood seemed quiet. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Overall

I found the Hotel very convenient right off I-25 in Albuquerque. While the property was very busy, the staff was most cordial and friendly. The Front Desk clerk took her time with every guest and explained the layout of the Hotel and all the amenities that are available. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Great place to stop while traveling or for a long weekend get-away.

We were so excited to be going to the balloon festival for the first time and even though the weather was not the greatest we had the best time. My family and I checked in to the hotel and were checked in by a smiling friendly front desk employee and that was the theme for our entire stay. From housekeeping to the wait staff at Amped it was nothing but exceptional customer service! BRAVO! Thank you for a great stay and we will definitely be back!

I am so glad i trusted the good reviews. I stayed for one night, and had the opportunity to try almost everything the hotel had to offer, Altitude, the water park and even the gym that they are associated with. All of the employees treated my wife and I like we were royalty. Everyone was so kind and bent over backwards to ensure we had a great stay. Everyone was quick, efficient and super friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!!

I was very lucky to have recently stayed at Hotel Cascada and was very pleased with my stay. The staff were very welcoming and offered to help me unload my vehicle. The room is very spacious and the sleep number bed was adjusted just right to my liking for an awesome nights sleep. The Balloon festival was awesome and I was even able to see some from the hotel. I will definitely be back to stay again.

The staff makes this property great. They make you feel welcome as soon as you enter the lobby ad approach the front desk. Amped Cafe and Altitude lounge provide great service and wonderful food. They added some new items on the menu in Altitude that are delicious, you should try them all.
