        Every single time I go here to pick up an online order, they can't find any of the items. First, the order hasn't been pulled - so I'll have to wait. Then they find the newest, slowest employee to get the order ready... I'll wait for an hour before they tell me they can't find any of the items and that they'll just cancel the order. “Oh we can just cancel the order and the money will go back onto your card." This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this Home Depot (3507). EVERY SINGLE TIME!

        I received promote and courteous service. The staff over exceeded my expectations with their knowledge and I was only there for about 15 minutes. So I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate Staff member Bernadette. As well as, manager Pete in tools. I was amazed with my experience. You have a life long customer here.
