I was buying a home in Albuquerque, while living in California and Kevin made the entire process painless. I visited Albuquerque three times and he was a master at zeroing in on what I was looking for. Low key, no pressure, really knows his stuff. He narrowed down areas, prices, styles, community, etc., until we were only looking at homes that I was truly interested in and in "my" kind of area. He was excellent in the negotiations with the sellers and has been very helpful with finding service people to do work on the new purchase and referrals for things like restaurants, doctors, vets, etc. I have been extremely pleased with all the services that Kevin has provided, both in and out of his "job description."
