Folks don't use them and don't...

Folks don't use them and don't use living social. They were to be here today 11/21/12 between 9-1pm. They never showed up. I called for a half hour and finally got the owner. I explained that no one had showed up and how long i had been calling He said he didn't handle the appointments and that i needed to call back when "Gordan" got back from lunch. I again told him how long i had been calling and asked him to leave "Gordan" a message to call me back. He said they didn't take messages. He then told me i was rude and he would not be sending his "niece" to my house and not service my house. I said that was fine but i needed a refund. He told me to email the company for a refund. I asked for the email address and he hung up on me. I called Living Social to report the company. They have a 7 day refund policy and will not refund the living social voucher.

Horrible customer service. No...

Horrible customer service. Not reliable at all. No showed on me twice--both times prior to a social event at my home. The only reason I kept service for the few months I did, was I was able to get their services for $63.13 a week. But after the second no show, I'm done.

Exactly what everyone else is saying. I bought a livingsocial deal. They did show up for the first cleaning and did a fine job. It wasn't spectacular but it was fine. The second cleaning no one showed up. I called to reshedule. They didn't show up again. I called to reschedule and can get no answer. I found 2 phone numbers online one of which has been disconnected. I think this deal is a scam. Just can't believe it took me 8 hours of waiting around in my house for them to show up for me to figure that out. Let me just say.... They NEVER...

Let me just say.... They NEVER answer the phones it took me calling Groupon to complain and ask for my money back because I wasn't able to reach anyone for two weeks and when I did they are RUDE and even disconnected me a few times. I wish I could also put zero stars. Also, when I called see where they are since they are 45 mins late they the lady told me just because they were scheduled at a time doesn't mean they are going to be there at that time. UMM? I don't know what this business thinks but it should be more like they revolve around their customer NOT the other way around. And by the way the ran around frantically did nothing the entire time they were here.



So to all DO NOT HIRE THEM, OR GROUPON THEM.

it's not even worth it for the discount.

Wish I could give zero stars!!...

Wish I could give zero stars!! Worst service ever. Also got 4 maids for 1 hour rather than 2 for 2 hours. Maids swooped in and worked furiously and did nothing that I requested. Put dish washing liquid in dishwasher - was full of bubbles when I opened it; put gallon container of cleaner/bleach sideways in cabinet without lid on it so it fell out and spilled on floor when I opened the cabinet; SPILLED FLOOR WAX ON MY NEW COUCH, but didn't wax the floor, did not move furniture back after moving it. Plus much much more. Took me over an hour to clean up their messes, plus more time to clean things they just didn't do. Called office and spoke with a supervisor who promised me she would look into this and get back with me. Have left messages and still no response. Avoid this company at all cost. Purchased 2 sessions, but will not have them back. Will be contacting Living Social, BBB, and Angie's List.

Metro Maids totally scammed me...

Metro Maids totally scammed me with the help of LivingSocial. They took my money and now won't return my call to schedule service. I've emailed, called, contacted LivingSocial and no return call from Metro Maids. I finally reached out on facebook and they deleted my post, blocked me and reported me as abusive. So obviously they have gotten my message that I am unhappy but still refuse to contact me. And I was absolutely not abusive, I just stated I was disappointed and would have to go to their office in person to schedule my appointment.

I'm going to call LivingSocial again because I really can't see myself letting these people into my house now and LivingSocial should really make this right since I am a repeat customer and this is just wrong on so many levels.

Either way, stay away from Metro Maids.

4 women came for 1 hour instea...

4 women came for 1 hour instead of 2 for 2 hours. It was very confusing and I SPEAK SPANISH. They had to be directed but didn't wait for me to do that. I did not want the bathroom done since I had just had a remodel. they gouged my NEW TILE FLOOR AND COVERED IT UP WITH A RUG. HOW DO YOU GOUGE A TILE? I am waiting to see how the management is going to compensate me for this. At this time, management is

trying to work out a solution and are sending someone out to look at the problem. I will update as soon as there is a resolution. The UPDATE is that ANDRES, the owner, ignored my phone messages. I got some satisfaction from LivingSocials, but intend to call Better Business Bureau and perhaps Small claims court. ANDRES - IF YOU ARE READING THIS, AND I KNOW YOU ARE, IF YOU HAD BEEN RESPONSIVE, I WOULD NOT HAVE CONTINUED THIS.

They never showed for a scheduled cleaning appointment. They called the day before and confirmed they would be there. I waited at my house all afternoon. No one called us to explain what happened. The office is strictly voice mail based and does NOT return calls or messages. They are undependable. Stay away from this poorly run business!

I had a very bad experience with this company. Breaking promises, doing what they wanted and not what I wanted, lying, refusing to honor their word on anything and causing some damages. Because of the low price, I was thinking of giving them another chance, but after reading others' experiences, I have decided not to. I give them a zero rating if I could. The owner is a smooth talker and to hear him defend himself and give crazy explanations to weasel out of his responsibilities, you will think something is wrong with you if you have a problem. I am very glad for these otehr reviews that let me know others have shared my bad experience.

Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this business as you possibly can!!! Office staff, as stated above, is rude and unprofessional, and does not return phonecalls. I cannot comment on the cleaning staff, because nobody showed up at the appointed date and time. Aweful. Truly aweful.

Worst Service ever is right! T...

Worst Service ever is right! The first time they came, they called me three times trying to reschedule the day of, when I had left work already. The second time they came, they were four hours late and didn't complete the work. The cleaning staff is very friendly and trustworthy, however the office staff are rude and unprofessional. They have NO customer service and I had to call them when the cleaning staff were 2 hours late. (turns out their car started on fire) I understand mishaps, but a phone call was definitely in order, so I didn't have to sit around waiting for four hours!! Do NOT use this service, the price may be right, but you will be kicking yourself if you do!
